MODES OF PAYMENT

We accept payment modes via PayNow to UEN (202019768Z), PayNow QR, Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

Note: For orders to be paid via PayNow to UEN, the payment needs to be completed before our team will process your order. Please WhatsApp your payment screenshot to 8870 8786 for us to promptly process your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We only deliver to Singapore addresses except for Jurong Island and any other restricted locations.

Same-day delivery is subject to availability and orders should be placed by 12pm.

Flat-rate delivery fee is $7.00. Free delivery is available for orders above $50.00.

Our delivery timing is between 3pm to 7pm.

Note: There are no deliveries on Mondays & Public Holidays.

Surcharge $7.00 applies if you wish to have your order delivered to locations on non-scheduled days.

For store pick-ups at 11 Dunlop Street, orders should be made by 12pm if you wish to do same-day collection between 5pm-9pm. Otherwise, you may self-collect during our opening hours the following day.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We only offer returns if there are any defect in our products. Please WhatsApp 8870 8786 and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.

Fresh & Premium Halal Meats

All our halal meats have been carefully selected from ethical sources and air-flown chilled for ultimate freshness. You won’t find any pre-packaged meats in our store as all meats are cut-to-order.
