Goat

Goat meat has a lower fat content than lamb or mutton. It has no strong gamey smell and excellent for slow cooking, such as braising, smoking or roasting.

Mutton

Mutton is meat from sheep between 1-3years old. It has strong flavour and gamey fragrant liked by many. Best with slow cooking methods.

Lamb

Lamb is meat from sheep less than 1 year old. The meat is more tender and pink to pale-red and commonly grilled, braised or roasted.
